Location: Remote/Virtual/Work from Home
Job Type: Full-Time
Openings: Multiple 
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM EDT/EST 

Job Responsibilities

  • Guide interns in sourcing and evaluating tech products
  • Supervise the creation and editing of user manuals and product videos
  • Optimize website content with proper SEO keywords
  • Prepare and review technical documents and presentations
  • Manage and update the knowledge base
  • Ensure timely updates and uploads of products on the website
  • Conduct product research to assist sales staff with customer queries

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automatic Control
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Must have your own Laptop/PC with good internet connection
  • Flexible with EDT/EST time zone working hours
